SIZING, SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY


All items are available in Sizes 1X-3X unless denoted in the title. Some items will be available in Sizes XL-3X or 1X-4X, if so the sizing will be listed in the title.

All items are shipped from Memphis, Tennessee and ship within 2 business days of the order date or arrival date if Pre-Order.

Pre-Order items are anticipated to ship on the specific date listed in it's description; however, that date is subject to change.

ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS SHIP Via USPS Priority or UPS and receive a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE. Please email prettigirlparlor@gmail.com for a quote (include destination and products you would like to purchase; allow up to 4 hours for a response).

NO REFUNDS.

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ALLOWED FOR INCORRECT ORDERS, SIZING ISSUES, AND DAMAGED ITEMS.

Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery for damaged items and 5 days of delivery for incorrect orders or sizing issues. Pictures are required for damaged items. Exchange request must be emailed to Customer Service (Email: prettigirlparlor@gmail.com). Customers must return the incorrect item(s) and Pretti Girl Parlor will exchange the item and/or correct the order. Store credit (for amount paid less shipping) will be offered if order can not be corrected or requested size is unavailable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Pretti Girl Parlor reserves the right to deny an exchange request if it believes the item was damaged by the customer or a third party. Pretti Girl Parlor inspects all items prior to shipping.

UPS and USPS offers up to $100 in shipping insurance. Pretti Girl Parlor is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

COMPLIMENTARY Local Delivery & Pickup is available. Pickup can be scheduled within 24 hours and delivery is scheduled within 72 hours of order.
